This audio was very easy to understand.
Being a referee is a bit complicated, he always has to be from one side to the other controlling everything that happens in the match and when he shows his red or yellow cards the fans booing him because they don't agree with him, on the other hand, the referee need to be in good shape to run around the field like the players, so hard in a match during 90 minutes.
A good referee has to have tolerance, to be able to hear, to accept and understand some situations of differences during the match and the most important quality is to deal with a hight level of stress.

There wasn't any difficulties in listening. It seem the referee had a difficult moments. A good referee should know how to calm down the players when there is tension on the pitch and also be dramatic in making decisions.

The listening was quite easy to understand. The referee has a pretty difficult job. He needs to be very focused on the game. He must never allow himself to be distracted by the noise and all the shouting and the booing of fans, nor by protesting players. He needs to be quick at making decisions and never change his mind after he whistle. I usually agree with the referee because I understand how difficult it is being in his position, and I think he tries to do his best.
