Listening was easy and helpful!!
I think the most difficult part of manager's job is to make that all players arriving at time to a training when a match is near. There are another thing difficult of the manager's job, be able to combine his job with his family life, usually the place to training is far away from his home and he spend a lot of time there in this team's training camp.
Being a manager is difficult in both senses, the manager need to have everything under his control, including the most important thing, his players...
I don't know if Sir Alex Ferguson is the best ever manager all around the world, I've never hear about him, the reason is a don't know anything about football.

It was easy and helpful. I think is the routine, being far away from home and family most part of time (if there's a job they like, it should be pleasant to do the atributtions day by day). I think there's no size differences: there is another kind of difficulties each. I think Sir Alex Ferguson is certainlly a legend, but I'm not sure about him being the best ever, because there is a lot of another competent and winners managers, such as Jose Mourinho, Mario Zagallo and Pepe Guardiola, for example.

It is more difficult to work with big teams beacause there are the best footballers in the world which they ooze character and they must be motivated all the time with different speeches. Yes, Sir Alex Ferguson is one of the biggest coach all time beacause he won a lot of competitions like Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup and so on. I don't remember if he won a world cup but who cares as long as he is former of Cristiano Ronaldo :)
