Healthy Eating
In this issue, Iwan learns how healthy eating can improve his performance on the pitch and learns how to cook a healthy meal.
Activity 1: Iwan makes some unhealthy choices at the beginning of this story. Can you look at the different types of food and decide if it's healthy or unhealthy?
Is the food healthy or unhealthy?
Language Practice
Iwan eats lots of burgers but doesn't eat much fresh fruit. Some types of food are countable nouns and others are uncountable. Burgers are countable but fruit is an uncountable noun. When we use countable nouns, we usually say 'a lot of' or 'lots of' in the positive form and 'not many' in a negative sentence. When we use uncountable nouns, we also use 'a lot of' in positive sentences but in negative sentences we usually use 'much', e.g. Iwan doesn't eat much fruit.
Activity 2: In this activity, decide if the sentence uses a countable or uncountable noun, then decide if you should use, 'lots of', 'much' or 'many' in each sentence.
Complete the gaps with the correct word.
Activity 3: In this activity, try to remember what you have just read. Can you put the events of the story in the correct order?

I think that Iwan didn´t eat healthy, so he had a collapses in the pich because he didn´t eat very well. First Iwan didn´t take the right decisions, but then he start to take correct decisions for eat better.

Sodium , potassium, calcium etc.. Are the important electrolytes in our body. It's any deviation from normal level can put ur life in jeopardy. So for an athlete a healthy diet is as important as his training. Moreover, Banana is a great source of potassium.
