The Team
We are building a Fantasy Football team on Premier League.com for Premier Skills English and we need your help. We need your knowledge of the Premier League as we try to create a team that can rise to the top of the Fantasy Football League table. At the moment, we don't have any players in our team but by the start of the Premier League season we will have a squad of 15 players.
This week, we want you to choose the three forwards that we should have in our team.
The Language
We want you to tell us who you think should be in the Premier Skills English Fantasy Football team. So leave a comment below and say who you think we should pick and why. To help you, we have put together some useful language about strikers and forwards. Have a look at the page and then come back and share your ideas in the comments section. If you agree or disagree with another user, you can reply to them. If you disagree, please be polite.
The Debate
Which forwards should play in the Premier Skills English Fantasy Football team?
Should we go for Sergio Aguero at Manchester City or Zlatan Ibrahimovic at Man Utd?
Remember, in Fantasy Football, you get points for making assists as well as scoring goals. Maybe we should choose a player like Jamie Vardy or Wayne Rooney? What do you think?

There are lots of strikers in APL. Most of them are good with their head. I like Aguero. He's a great finisher. Even he's not looking across the line it won't prevent him to be prolific goalscorer.
Last season showed us another wonderful striker just like Jemie Vardy. I bet it will be very difficult for "Kings" but in my opinion Vardy will keep his goalscoring skills and scores lots of goals.
I agree with Rich that Ibrohimovich might need some time to adapt to the Premier League but I think he'll able to score goals as he has long time experience. I think it will help him to become one of the top scorer in Premier League.
So, my strikers are Sergio Aguero, Jamie Vardy and Ibrohimovich!

Hi Mkoriev
There's some excellent vocabulary in your comment, it's great to see you using some of the phrases from the vocabulary page about strikers! You have chosen a fantastic front three but I imagine they cost quite a lot!

Hi Rich
Thank you very much for your quick respond! It seems I didn't think about their costs. In this case I'd choose Jemie Vardy as first striker and I'll look for other two cheaper once.

I think Ageuro should be in the team. He is expensive but he scores goal and have been consistent for some season.

@davilillons Agree with you about Negredo, Sanchez is also great player(always pay attention on injury reports, his chance for playing is 75% ), but he is marked on the FPL as a midfield player.

Hi Ye Yint Maunt
Welcome to Premier Skills English! It's great to have you here!
Do you think we can have both Rooney and Ibrahimovic in the same team? We can only have 3 players from one team in our 15 man Fantasy Football squad! Let's see what everybody else thinks?

I would choose Ings from L'pool. I believe he'll show us some skills this season like he did in the Championship. Ibrahimovic is not afraid of new players and he is someone who can adapt on any league quickly. I would go for him from the start. Vardy will probably be as good as last season from the beginning. These are some of the possible solutions. I would like to hear what others think also.

@aragorn1986 I've had Vardy since the end of the 2014/2015 season when he helped Foxes to avoid relegation.
But now, he is quite expensive...

Ings is an interesting choice. He's been injured for a long time so he would be cheap to buy for the Fantasy Football team (£6M). In Fantasy Football it's always good to have a few surprise selections in your team (as long as they score of course!). What does everybody else think?

Great ideas! I think Aguero is certain to score a lot of goals again this season. Ibrahimovic is great but he might need some time to adapt to the Premier League. What do you think? Mkhitaryan is a midfielder in the Fantasy Football game so we will have to wait until we discuss midfielders next week!
Thanks for your comment Alex!
