Great topic.Today many people eat unhealthy food.Fast food is everywhere,processed carbohydrates,procesed fats can ruin your health.I think people must eat clean.Stay hydrated all day,ingestion right micronutritions and macronutritions.Exercise,and be active is important too.I traying to eat healthy and exercise three time per week.

The unhealthiest food in China is mooncakes which are full of sugar and bad fat. I love eating watermelons in summer, and I always chew and swallow the pips with the flesh.
I'm looking forward to the next activity.

I eat the pips too, now. When I lived in Indonesia, I ate a lot of watermelon and the pips were very small. You could eat them without even chewing them. It's nearly my dinnertime and the thought of mooncakes is making me hungry!
