Listening was very easy!
Groundsman job is a bit hard and difficult, because is need to deal with the weather conditions. The groundsman have to check all pitch everything have to be perfect for the match.
In my country there are a lots of good pitches prepare, for different matches like League.
The bad conditions like rain or hard storms, sometimes have made cancelled a lot of matches all over the world.
